LIFE AND HEALTH PRODUCTS AVAILABLE TO OUR CLIENTS
- LIFE INSURANCE
PAR Whole life, Non Par, Single Premium WL, 10/20 Pay. Simplified Issue and Graded Benefit Whole Life. Guaranteed Issue Whole Life (PA) issue age 50-80 (No Health Questions)
- UNIVERSAL LIFE
Minimum Face of $25,000 and Guaranteed to Age 120 with no increase of premium, if guaranteed lifetime rider is added.
- TERM INSURANCE
Level 10, 20, and 30 year all with guaranteed premiums for the term contract.
- DISABILITY RIDER
Available on most Motorists Life policies for a 2 or 5 year Benefit period. This has a 90 day elimination period with a minimum of $250.00 to a maximum of $1,500 monthly. This is in addition to any disability in force on the insured up to 80% and homemakers are eligible. Issue ages 18 to 60. Simple 2 Class Occupations categories. You don’t have to write a separate DI policy anymore and you make additional commission.
- JOINT LEVEL TERM RIDER
Spouse or other insured can be added to the primary insured policy for a minimum of $50,000, and DI rider on one or both insured’s.
- INDIVIDUAL HEALTH INSURANCE
(We are contracted with both regional and National Carriers!)
We have traditional, HMO and PPO plans. Underwritten on each person’s health.
- SHORT TERM MEDICAL INSURANCE
Issued out of our office for immediate coverage. Exact days or 6 and 12 month policies. They can be re-written for another 6 to 12 month period with an additional $20 application fee.
- GROUP HEALTH PLANS
With a minimum of 2 FULL TIME EMPLOYEES. We use the major PA health carriers. We can add group or stand alone dental and vision plans.
- LONG TERM CARE
AAA rated carriers are available for you to select from.
- GROUP LIFE AND STD, LTD, 2 TO 9 EMPLOYEES ARE OUR SPECIALTY!
We have a plan that has guaranteed issue life up to $35,000 in Pennsylvania with a minimum of five employees.
- DISABILITY INSURANCE
We use different carriers for individual coverage depending on occupation classifications.
- DENTAL INSURANCE
Individual and Group plans are available.
- FIXED ANNUITIES
We use both life insurance companies and fraternal companies that have excellent reputations and above average Interest Rates!
- MEDICARE SUPPLEMENTS
National companies are available for you. Every person on Medicare should have a
Med-sup policy.
- MEDICARE PART D PRESCRIPTION DRUGS PLANS
We are contracted with several major National companies .
